Our mission is fostering cultural enrichment and community engagement, particularly supporting and empowering emerging local female artists.

Located in central Lisbon, at Rua Filho de Almeida, 1E, the City Art Gallery showcases various artistic expressions, from abstract painting to modern photography.

The manager of the gallery is Talli Fisher, a passionate traveller and entrepreneur, living in Lisbon, Portugal for the last three years.
Holding a master’s degree in Law, Talli practiced as a lawyer for many years, specializing in managing international intellectual property rights.
During her travels Talli also published several books on identity, culture, and heritage, led cultural tours in cities, and currently manages a travel blog on social media. After moving to Lisbon, opening the gallery in March 2024 was a long-held dream.

Despite being a relatively new space, the gallery hosts new, exciting and inspiring exhibition every month.
